We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer an easy and hassle-free return process. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your order's delivery date. 

Return Policy Overview

Return Window: Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving their order.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original sale condition, have never been used, unworn, unwashed, or altered, with all tags attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  • Get Return Instructions: We’ll email you a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.
  •  Pack Your Item: Safely pack the item in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
  • Return Label: Customer’s responsibility. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A return label will not be provided by us.
  • Restocking fee : No cost to the customer.
  • Send it Back: Drop your package off at the shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email. Please provide us with the tracking information, including the tracking number, which you will receive when you send the package.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed. It usually takes 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product was delivered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and offer a solution, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size, color, or product? Yes, we accept exchanges.  Reach out to us, and we’ll help you exchange your item quickly and easily.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it if you change your mind. Unfortunately, cancellations will not be possible after this period. Once the item has been processed or shipped, you can return it in accordance with this Return and Refund policy.
